   • Broadcasters need to work together

   • Conduct trials to test best technical solutions
   • Demonstrate benefits - spectrum efficiency, more choice, improved audio quality, multimedia add ins
   • Encourage low cost, multifunctional receivers
3. Digital Policy requests that you can make
   • Low or no cost digital spectrum (Band III & L Band)
   • Financial assistance for regional broadcasters
   • Restrictions or no restrictions on data
4. Access to the Right Spectrum
   • Decide what spectrum you need
   • Analyse whether it is available
   • Put a united position to stake a claim on it
   • Lobby the spectrum authority
   • Consider spectrum sharing
   • Prove no interference or other technical hurdles
